Piscataquis County offers many memorable events, fairs and festivals throughout the year. Events kick-off in the spring with the Annual (Dover-Foxcroft Kiwanis-sponsored) Piscataquis River Race from Guilford to Dover-Foxcroft. June ushers in warmer weather and festivals such as Milo’s Black Fly Festival and Dover-Foxcroft’s beloved Whoopie Pie Festival (penned “Maine’s Sweetest Festival”), followed by the Piscataquis RiverFestival, held in Guilford in July. Right before the start of the new school year, families and children can enjoy the Piscataquis County Fair, held on the fairgrounds in Dover Foxcroft.

Think you can outrun the law? When you are done trick or treating, you can try!! Join us at the PACC at 7:00 to register and when the whistle blows, find the perfect spot to hide while our local Boys in Blue find you on the PACC property.
Rocky Horror Picture Show!
Join us for a Center Theatre tradition! The beloved Rocky Horror Picture Show on the movie screen with our cast of malcontents and Transylvanians performing a live shadowcast on stage to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Rocky Horror Picture Show! Friday, October 31st at 10pm.
