Scaling your business means increasing revenue while also increasing efficiency. What does your business need to scale? More employees? Increased efficiency through new systems or equipment? Or more robust or seamless distribution through clearer procedures? Join Facilitator Tara Servilio in this interactive 4-part workshop series to identify your specific needs to scale, evaluate your options, develop a plan to get it done, and discover new tools for the future. You will leave with a plan of action for what you need to do to scale now and in the future. This workshop is beneficial for any size or type of business. Tara last served in the Business Transformation Office for JPMorgan Chase where she focused on both large and small scale consumer driven initiatives, including product development, new distribution channel development, operations, and digital and technology based change and implementation. She lives in Mid-Coast Maine where she enjoys gardening, her dog, her family, and the beautiful outdoors. This program is for Maine-based female business owners who are currently in-business. This 4-session program will be held virtually via Zoom. Each meeting will be 1.5 hours in length.
